To anyone moving a vehicle: don't shop around and waste your time. As I travel extensively, I was communicating with these guys from New Jersey and Asia: always received prompt, professional response, regardless of contact. Vehicle was picked up exactly on time, received exactly as requested. Being in the "service" industry myself, I can only say that I wish my organization always delivered the superior, professional results I experienced.
