Horrible service

This was the worse experience of my life!!! I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. First they gave me this line about he fact that they were $400 more to transport my car because I could trust them and I was giving them such a short window. They said they could do it for less if I was flexible on date which I was not. We were leaving to go out of the country. After an hour on the phone and telling me how we were going to get a $50 discount for my other half being retired special forces and all I signed the contract because I trusted them. They told me 2 days later I would get a call on pick up time. Great right? Nope all went down hill no call I called got a rude customer service person on the phone. Was told office had bugs and the only person who could talk to me was not there because of it. Finally I got in touch with someone who gave me a different date of pick up on my car and it was when the entire family was out of country. Great. So I talked to the, made arrangements on where to leave my keys and guess what I get off my cruise to get a bunch of text and voicemails saying I must call for them to pick up. So first time they didn't pick up my car. Next day I got in touch with someone and they admitted the driver screwed up( which I find out later that they said to the company who has the driver that they would not guaranb the car being there so they would not go to the house. Next plan, Sunday definitely I'm told. Also, they will give us $125 for a rental car for the week. Oops again no one showed after screaming and yelling no I've become best friends with Evan who is telling me he I doing everything for me. Me while no $50 discount for military no $25 off for something else they said no $125 back for rental car and we and they charged us $300 instead of the $275 our contract said. It cost us over $2000. Hours on the phone and we got our car 2 weeks after we were supposed to and evan blamed everyone else. But they tell you to use them because they have their own drivers and a 5 star rating. What did that do for us. Because of our rental car extension our rental car cost $450. Really and they want to give us $125 which they never did. And all they did was beg me not to write this bad review. Which I wouldn't have until they got on the phone with my other half and called me a liar. Said they never gave me a date it would be here please. We are suing!!
