Mr. Moussa in fact placed both contracts w/ ASA. We in good faith accepted said contracts, processed same for immediate service and in an e mail to ASA, he later requested we put it on hold as he was called out of town and that he would re-schedule. Now this.
In a pleasant telecon w/ Mr. Moussa, he inadvertently mentioned his dealing with another company. Double booking allows one of the two company,s involved to lose both time and money. In this case it seems that Mr. Moussa felt it was ok for ASA to work on his behalf without compensation.
Also, the amount he claims, is incorrect, for ASA is only looking for a cancellation fee and not the full amount.
