"failure to perform" as Mr. Fitzgerald puts it, could not be further from the truth and is as inaccurate as his other comments. He had choices and selected the least expensive level of service, not always the fastest.
The contract that he himself filled out indicates the first date of availability for pick up as the 17th. When I called him on the 18th, not the 19th as he states, it was to advise that ASA had dispatched his car for pick up. He was nasty and hung up on me! He characterizes this action as " he cut the phone call short".
Based upon the date he provided, ASA did a great job for him. I understand being stressed when moving, but that does not allow him to negate the truth.
