Now the truth. This is simply a case of the customer providing and confusing the issue with incorrect information, terminating early, and placing blame on ASA. Not only are her characterizations unfair and outragious, they are indeed not true. All information pertaining to vehicle type and location was in fact provided by this customer. She even tried to claim she had no contract, until it became evident to her that she did and she so authorized it.
ASA did dispatch her truck on the first day and it was she who cancelled the driver, due to the truck not being ready for pick up.
In closing, denise Batis was her own worst enemy and all the unfair comments she made will not shift blame to ASA. This has been addessed by Andrew, who has an interest in establishing the truth.
