We were told the car would take about 7 days to be shipped and one month later it still had not been picked up. They give you very low estimates for how long they think it will take, but offer no guarantees, and their estimates are NOT at all accurrate! We called a number of times and upped the cost at our end to entice drivers to get the car and several times this company did not follow through with doing this and we would have to call them and remind them to do it again. By upping the cost at our end the cost of the shipping wound up being more expensive than other quotes we'd had, and it didn't even matter since the car STILL was not picked up. Also, on three different occasions the customer service people told us they'd assist us and call trucking companies for us, but the manager later told us their company never does that and she's not sure why they were telling us that. In the end we were so frustrated with their lack of service and our lack of car that we canceled our order and went through another company. I would suggest that you don't waste your time with this company!
