I submit quote request through some website don't remember the name of the site. I got first offer email from this company with cheap price.
I was asking X5 from NE to WA.
I called them and they told me the price is $1125 for enclosed trailer and it will take 3 to 7 days to pick up and 3 to 7 days to deliver. So I just made the reservation. They charged me $150 for deposit.
I emailed couple of times for asking update and my cell number changed so I sent them an email.
NO REPLY at all.. NONE.. Nothing..
I called two day later to make sure they have my new cell number. It looks like they updated in their system but no response at all.
In the email I asked them to please respond but no reply at all.
I sent an email on 5th day and told them that I'm willing to change to 'open trailer' if I can get earlier. No response at all..
I called on 6th day and asked the status but no driver to pick up yet. I again told them that I am willing to use open trailer.
7th day. called but still no driver to pick up.
On 6th day I found this site and read bad review. I even gave them that you guys have bad review on this site but no response.
7th day right before they close, no pick up schedule. I asked for my money back so I can arrange other company. Refused. I have to wait till 10th day then they can give me my money back. So I asked that do you guarantee that it will be picked up within 10 day, and she said no. No guarantee.... Got upset at this moment. She asked me if I want to talk to the manager so YES... Yeah right.. the manager is out of office so the manager will call me back tomorrow.

No one call me till 10th day. No Email NOTHING...
I just passed my 10th day and canceled. Now I'm writting here so you guys can be awared about this company...

Actually, on 8th day (Saturday), I called other company from this site (the one has best review) and made arrangement. It ends up $1150 with open trailer (add $500 for enclosed trailer) and the car will pick up tomorrow Thursday.
