First Reggie called me everyday about earning my business and gave me a quote of 370.00 (which was 100.00 less than the others) and told me that my car would be picked up within 48 hours. I then Clarified everything with Reggie Jarrett about times and money owed and he quoted that it would get picked up within 48 hours and would be delivered by the following Tuesday (4 days later), I then gave them my deposit. When I called and asked them when and if the car was picked up they then told me that they had to get in touch with dispatch and then told me that they didn't know. After going back and forth and being hung up on a number of times and listening to the other opinions of other brokers, I requested my deposit back. They then stated I had to do it in writing and upon doing so I received an email stating that my deposit is non-refundable! WHAT???? I Strongly recommend against using this company.
