this was by far the worst service i have everrrr received from one company. my car was never picked up on the date it should of been which was nov 9 . today is the 21st of november and car is still not picked up.they said they cant find a driver. so if u cant find drivers then why are u in business. when i call tanya at customer serivice she leaves me on hold for long periods of time till i hang up or says she is transfering me and hangs up on me. company says no refunds but why pay for something that u dont get so just depute it from ur bank. i will never recommend them or use them again.. please beware they are true scammers and liers and just rude people. i did call another company and thy found a driver right away when all usa transport services were never able to find a driver..
