This is a warning for all potential people looking to ship a car or anything else for that matter. I wish I had read the reviews before I contracted this company. They have a very well planned way they do business. They take your deposit, charge your credit card immediately, and tell you your car will get picked up. That where it ends. I tried to contact Reggie, with no return call. I got Eloy on the phone, and asked why my car had not been picked up. He told me to STOP BLOWING THE PHONES UP!! Then I got someone in Transport, and asked if he knew anything about my car being picked up? His response was, leave a message, and stop calling like a CRAZY PERSON!! Unbelievable!! After going thru this I now realize how they operate. They are real nice until they get your business. After that they piss you off so much, that you cancel your contract, by the way, in writing, and the fine print allows them to keep your deposit, ($195) I canceled my contract, by email, and told them I would dispute the charges on my credit card, for a refund of my deposit. The same company that would not answer emails or Reggie not retuning my calls, responded immediately to my email! Not surprised. By the response I got, leads me to believe, that they are really good at this, and this is by no means, the first time this has happened. I was told that I would lose, and I did not have a leg to stand on!! BEWARE, let my experience be a warning to all other people looking to ship a car. THERE ARE TOO MANY CAR TRANSPORTERS OUT THERE. I have shipped many cars, and this company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Not to mention how RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL THEY ARE!!
