I am well pleased with Agape services. Christi was open and honest with me.As a Pastor, I wanted to use Agape because it was a Christian run and operated business. At first they were a little higher than another company so I listed with the other company.( What a big mistake!) I was getting the run around from the other company, lied to on many occasions (every time I called or tried to contact them ), never could talk to the same person twice. They kept promising to pick up my car, but it never happened. After waiting for over 50 days, I cancelled my contract with the other company, and had to jump through hoops to even do it.
When I called Christi, I told her my story, and said that I didn't want to go through the same thing for another 50 days. She assured me that it would be handled as soon as possible, and it was. They picked up my car in less than 3 working days, and had it to me in less than a week. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. If I need to transport another car Agape will be the first one I contact.
I also want to say thanks to Big Sky Auto Transport that Agape used to transport my car. They are a hard working bunch and went out of their way to accomodate me. They delivered my car to me at 10:30 at night instead of waiting another day. It worked out great for both of us.
