I had received contract from another company, but felt uneasy when, unlike Agape, I had to ask for disclosures and insurance information instead of them being provided up front, prior to my signing an agreement and taking my credit card information. I ended up paying nearly the same amount when the other company raised the rates several hundred dollars in a 2 day period. Agape's rate remained the same from the time I spoke to Christi initially until I made my decision almost a week later. The name of Agape got my attention..and the slogan 'We answer to a higher authority' also helped. Christi responded promptly and professionally to each one of my inquiries and sent follow-up emails capturing what we had spoken about. The actual driver was also courteous, punctual and professional.
