Agape did an excellent job in handling the logistics aspect of my vehicle. Their price was the best I found. I used Angies List to find them and they were A rated. The only issue I had was the contractor they used, Colon Towing.

They called Agape late one night and I guess there truck was in the area so they said to Agape for an extra $50.00 they could pick up my vehicle that night.

Agape then called me and told me what Colon Towing told them. If I would have said no, they did not know when Colon Towing could get back out to pick up my vehicle.

I did not want to wait so I agreed to the extra $50.00 and everything else went as planned.

I do feel that I should not have been charged that extra $50.00. After all that is what Colon Towing does. Transport vehicles. I felt a little like Colon Towing took advantage of both Agape and me.

It is true I could have waited and not have had to pay the extra amount but when they could not give me a date when they could pick it up I thought it best just to pay the extra money.
