My agent was Bill Evans. This company was great and courteous during my initial contact with them. They promised to contact me as soon as they find a truck to transport. 30 days after my move date, I havent heard from them. When I call them, they give me different info about my vechicle's transport everytime. I had a person assigned to my acct, and when I called him, he always asked me to call back when he's not so busy. So, they never picked up my car, or assigned it to a trucker, and I havent gotten my refundable deposit back either. There website promises great service..
