After doing some research and price shopping, I thought I had found a great company. It started really well, great agent named Jessica Simpson (yeah I know). Anyway, I was emailed the details and signed off on them. This included a deposit of 195.00 to be paid to them and the remaining to be paid C.O.D. I was told I would be contacted as soon as a trucker was assigned to my car. After 1 week and not hearing anything, I contacted them, only to be told to call back at a later time to talk to dispatch. They had no info for me other than they were working on it. A few days after that, I received my bank statement and to my suprise there was a charge in the amount of 345.00 to them and not the 195.00 that I had agreed to in the signed contract. I contacted them again... still no idea when my car would be shipped and I was told that because the deposit was higher, I would owe the trucker less when the car arrived. To wrap this up, 3.5 weeks later, my car still sits at the dealer and I have asked for my deposit back, the 345.00 that I was charged and not the 195.00 that I had agreed to. Stay away from this company!!
