I ordered transportation for my mom for August 19, 2016. She traveled whole Brooklyn with few customers and came late to doctor appointment. When she said she is going late to doctor appointment, Driver screaming on her then she cried. Driver was a very rude and no respect at all for elderly people. I will not recommend this transportation company for anyone because they are very rude and don't know what means "RESPECT".
