Transportation of a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro

This company was supposed to transport two separate vehicles for us. They
burned up the first vehicle's starter and placed in an unknown repair shop
in Long Beach California and did not notify us and then marked the car as
delivered to its destination. We did not even know the car was in a repair
shop until the port contacted us advising the vehicle was never delivered.
The second vehicle, they came and got the keys/check on a Saturday, the
vehicle was never picked up and they left the keys in the vehicle outside
unsecure the next Thursday and then cashed the check for transportation
earlier than the post date and are refusing to refund us the money even
though no services were provided. We are in the process of filing a police
report for the $925.00. All in all, the damaged one of our vehicles (which
we are now waiting on a bill for the repairs) and did not transport the
other vehicle but did cash the check and will not refund the money. This
company is also flagged on other transportation sites for similar issues
and is banned as well from one.
