There is an issue with the payment(850$). We delivered the car to the customer. Everything was fine and customer had to pay at the delivery according to rate confirmation. However, this company had the payment from the customer on u ship. We did not get paid at the delivery. They have changed the initial rate confirmation and put negative review because of the customer’s payment issue at the delivery. We filed counter negative review and we won. The customer did not know that he had to pay and we did not know that this scams got paid through u-ship. They sent the updated rate confirmation to us and had to pay through Zelle or PayPal. We still did not get paid and today is 2,5 weeks past. The driver who delivered the car did not get paid for this car. We called them everyday. One day they told us that Zelle’s limit is $500 for them, when for personal transfers Zelle allows $2500. We said okay. The other day they said the accounting cannot transfer the money because of issue with our Zelle account. We gave them another Zelle account where they still did not transfer money. They have dispatchers by names lexie and crystal who probably got used to answer the same way that makes everyone get nervous. Please do not ever work with scams like them. Never ever come close to them or take loads from them. The #1 scam from our experience on Central Dispatch.
