After trying to work for 2 weeks with this company, I have to agree with the July 3 comments. Stay away. They are not helpful at all, promised a 1-5 day delivery time, made everything sound easy, but then did not work to get a trucker to fulfill it. This was a simple item that would go easily on a 10,000 lb trailer and be pulled with full size pickup truck. Told me they could do it for a certain price, I agreed, then after stringing me along for well over 1 week, telling me one trucker wanted almost 20% more, then said they couldn't get anyone for the original price at all -- and canceled my order, without even talking to me. I found out the next day after inquiring for the 8th time. I have never had a worse customer experience in my life. I have lost work because of their delays/failure. I had to locate someone on my own and they are going to do it for less than One Shot said they couldn't find anyone for. They are so bad, I should report them to the BBB but I don't have the time. Just beware. Their word means nothing.
