Worse company ever. We are over a week into this and no one has picked up our car. Every single time we call we get the same story "ok I will flag this for my manager" . No one calls us back as they state they will. False advertising that they will pick up within 3 to 5 days. We are 7 days in already and cannot even get someone to pick the car up. Shut a run around over the phone with a different staff member answering every day with the exact same line of crap. Stay away they have zero customer service. I will now have to cancel and research another company. Total waste of my time!
