Blue Star was great, just need to be careful about who they contract with

The people at Blue Star Auto Movers were very polite, prompt, professional, etc. It was very clear to me what they needed and the process was very easy to walk through and schedule. Also, we requested several quotes from other transporters, and Blue Star was the best price.

My ONLY concern was that they contract the job out to companies (I imagine most of these auto movers do that), and the company they chose was Coro Transport. The Coro driver was about 2 hours late, and was a bit rude and unprepared and unprofessional when calling me to arrange our meeting time and place. He had a bit of an attitude about having to pick up my car from downtown Philadelphia. Once he arrived, he was nicer (especially after I suggested I could call Blue Star and go with another driver!), and he got the car from Philly to Tampa Florida VERY fast, in excellent condition, and he even spent time with my sister ensuring she could drive the car (it's a Toyota Prius which is quite a bit different from most cars on the ignition and gear shifting), so on balance I was OK with the driver.

I would NOT hesitate to recommend or use Blue Star again in the future. They were very available and handled my situation with the driver VERY well. I am going to guess he was a "one off" given how professional they were.
