I requested a transport of my vehicle from Boston, Mass to Vacaville, Calif. with Blue Star Auto Transport with the transport taking place between 12-19-09 and 12-22-09. I was told on 12-22-09 that the truck transporting my vehicle had broken down and the transported was going to be postponed with no pickup date given. I was told I would be given a call when another truck would be picking up my vehicle. Three days later I had yet to receive a call from Blue Star so I contacted them by telephone. They responded by telling me that they could not call me on a daily basis to inform me when my vehicle could be picked up. I was then told the vehicle would be picked up on Monday, 12-28-09.

On 12-28-096 at 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time I had yet to receive a call about the status of my vehicle so I contacted Blue Star. I was told they had still not picked up my vehicle and that it was on the list to be picked up but it was not going to occur today. I asked them on both occasions to call me just to let me know what was going on but on each occasion I got the "run around". I felt it was the least they could do just so I would know what was going on but they refused. I then cancelled my order and I would not recommend Blue Star Auto Transport to anyone. I feel if this is any indication how they handle a transport problems then how would they handle it if the vehicle had been damage while being transported.
