Was charged fee to contract I didnt sign!

We didn't like the terms in the contract, never signed it . yet our credit card was charged. Now we are forced to go to credit card company. I needed a car shipped, I talked to broker Wayne the owner of Weber Hauling. He told me if I needed to I could cancel my order with no charges applied, because I was unsure of needing his service, as I was already waiting to hear back from another company. After telling him I didn't need his service I received a charge even though I had NOT SIGNED the contract. the fee I that was charged was in the contract that I had not agreed to and didn't sign. I called him multiple times explaining I had been charged, and he promised a refund, but refund was never given. I called back and he started ignoring my calls, I finally got thru using different phone, and he lied and told me he wouldn't give me the refund, and wouldn't even let the trucking company know there wouldn't be a car for them to pick up. Had multiple witnesses hear him over speaker phone that he would refund me. he went as far as ignoring my phone calls and hanging up on me. Im currently trying to get a hold trucking company he brokerd out to, so they don't actually show up for no reason. to save them a trip for nothing. In conclusion he is very dishonest, and IMHO a scam artist. What he did is frankly illegal, and hopefully fraudulent charges will go thru on my credit card company.
