DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They are very dishonest and they do everything in their power to keep your money down even after they do not provide you with the services promised. We had a scheduled pick up on 3/11. On 3/10 they called and said their driver cannot make it. We then said we would find someone else and they said they have 10 days to find us a driver. We then said okay get us one for 3/18, that driver called the day of our pick up and said his truck broke down. This is the same thing that happened to another customer based on Google reviews so this is a SCAM that they run just to keep you on the line for the $500.00. Then when we cancelled the contract states there is a $200 non-refundable fee to cancel but they state we now have to pay $400 as we had 2 vehicles even though their contract does not state per vehicle in in. So they now want to only pay us back $100.00 when in reality they voided the contract when their driver did not show the second time. They will not stop calling and emailing me telling us they have another driver to go and get our vehicle. Whatever you do - DO NOT use this company. They are absolutely awful!!
