Ultimate Recovery Solutions (USDOT # 2072036) was contracted to transport my car (new) from MN to CO. Bottom line is that when this driver delivered my car to me he had documented every little chip and scratch on the car on the Vehicle Condition Report (all were negligible) however he failed to document the most obvious damage to the car. There were two pretty obvious thick & deep abrasions on the exterior center pillar. There was also in the same area paint scratched off, punctured door molding and a slight bend in the frame of the door where the scratches were. He said he had nothing to do with the damage however if I felt there was an issue I could submit a claim against his insurance. He never gave me his insurance info so I had to find that on my own and submitted claim. Claim was below his deductible so his insurance would not pay. After making several attempts to resolve the issue with him amicably he told he would not take any responsibility for the damage. He does not honor the Vehicle Condition Report, which as the customer is all we can go by. I have submitted a complaint against him with the BBB he has also not responded to that. I will never use this driver again and will not recommend his services to anyone.
One last note, my transport broker AmeriFreight did not help resolving the issue with the driver. They said all issues with transport company are between the driver and the customer.
