25 DAYS and NO PICK UP.....

***DONT USE THIS COMPANY - EVER, EVER, EVER**** Orginal qutoe submission and deposit on 8/5. Since then I received 3 phone calls in 25 days. I would call and email and no response. I finally got a hold of an employee named Rob on the 22nd and I asked to speak the the owner. The owner, Hank called me on Aug 23 (18 days later) apolgized that his employee "disappeared" and that he would personally handle my order. Told me my SUV would be on a truck on Sat. 8/25. I called on Monday, spoke to Nick. Apparently someone was on vacation that was supposed to call me. Botch #2. Nick called me (call #3) On 8/25 my deposit was returned. Nick said that they would increase the offer on the national board so my car would be picked up. I asked him to call me at the end of the day for a status. Never heard back from him. I did all the calling (except for 3). My SUV was picked up today within 15 min of me calling another carrier. I paid the extra $250 necessary. Coincedntly the same carrier called Nick and asked for an additionall100 and they declined. And No they never "increased the offer" . It was still 900 on the board as of today.So they had no intention of making a bad deal into win win. They underbed it and it cost me 2 weeks extra and $250 extra to get the car out asap. The car is 2 weeks late. They have absolutely no care for you as a customer, difficult to get a hold of (use #2 to get a live person) and absolutely are incompetent at what they do. I will be filing with the better business bureau and chamber of commerce. I hope no one else will expereince this amount of stress shipping their car. They do have nice music while you wait for 10 minutes and then it hangs up. Try it..1.800.647.4472.
