Pretty pathetic and sad that I even have to come to this but above any dollar amount the consumer should know who they are dealing with. I am a broker who contracted US Auto Transport Inc to move a vehicle for us. Upon pickup of the vehicle, Mikhail told us that he couldnt take the vehicle because there were tires in the back and we didnt agree on that. The client didnt notify us, so understandable. However, It was weird how the client was so determined to get the fee we charged back, telling us that it was our fault his vehicle didn't get picked up and suddenly he doesn't want to move it any more. Argued with us for days and tried to say we didnt do business right even when we were agreeing to refund most because "we didnt move the car". After finding out that US Auto Transport actually DID move the car, we contacted them to talk and were told "ya I moved the car.. so what? the client called us directly". Pretty sad and pathetic that people who call them selves business owners will go against a contract so they can profit an extra $100. Their reviews are their reviews. Take them how you want, good or bad... But ANYONE who would risk their company name being tarnished over $100 isn't someone I would want moving my vehicle.
