Drivers nice, but not a great experience

My biggest problem was with the communication between Montway, with whom I booked the transport, dispatch, and the drivers. For one, one driver spoke no English and the other did not speak much English. Luckily, I have some Spanish, but this is kind of a big project to not be able to effectively communicate with the drivers.
The drivers kept pushing back their arrival time (a total of five hours) and dispatch was completely useless. Upon picking up my car, the drivers tried to tell me I owed $200 extra for the vehicle having personal belongings in it- which was part of my original deal with Montway and why I chose the company initially. I immediately called my Montway representative and he said he would contact dispatch who should contact the drivers. Dispatch DID NOT communicate with the drivers and still tried to charge me the $200 upon delivery of my car. Rather than being able to check out my car and make sure all was good, I spent an hour between two cellphones (the driver's and my own) talking to dispatch in two languages and trying to contact Montway about the $200. A week later I realized that there is a LARGE dent in the top of my car now. I understand that this is my own fault for not checking everything, but if I could have communicated with the drivers, and not been dealing with a week of runaround through dispatch about extra fees and no one knowing when my car would arrive, I had a lot on my mind. On the day that my car was to arrive, a Friday, Montway was telling me it would arrive Saturday, dispatch told me "sometime next week," and the drivers, who finally texted me, delivered it on Friday.
Dispatch was completely useless. They could not tell me when the drivers would arrive- not even a day, let alone a time. Nor could they ever give me information about the arrival of the car. If I hadn't had the drivers' cellphone number, I would have known nothing.
This communication level was unacceptable. I'm happy the car arrived in one piece (though, sadly, dented) and with all of my belongings still inside, but it was a very frustrating process to get ANY straight answers
