Do not trust this company when they send you an estimate. They say one amount, require a deposit, and then you are stuck owing the trucker more than you agreed to but have to pay him or you don't get your car. Casey then will not take your calls, respond to your voicemails, and ignore your emails. They did not pick up my car on time and the excuse was he had an emergency in Boston. I'm still waiting for him to tell me when my car will get here and I've been emailing, texting, and calling for three days. I spoke briefly with him today and he said he had not responded to my emails or calls because of an emergency in Boston. Again. He must be moonlighting as a superhero. He said he would find out when my car will get here and call me right back and that was 6 hours ago. Still no car. It's been nine days (he said 5-7 days initially) and the only thing he's done efficiently was charge for the $150 deposit. We'll see what he tells the bank's fraud department as I filed a claim against them today. Maybe another emergency in Boston.
UPDATE:
SO these people are the biggest liars ever. They have been extorting me to remove this review in exchange for a refund. Of courses since I do not believe them based on their prior customer service, I refuse to remove this review until they follow through. Not only are they liars, but they said their excuse for Casey being so negliget and dishonest is a "lack of communication due to his mother's falling down in the bathroom and hitting her heaad and dying." Furthermore, I have recieved numerous texts where Nick, the brother, promises to refund me, even swearing on his mother's grave! Isn't it a little soon for that, guys? Based on the poor treatment I received I would NEVER recommend them, not to mention using their mother and her death and her grave to evoke pity from someone they lied to. Please feel free to contact me if you're interested and I will forward you the text messages to substantiate my claiml. I base my review solely on the customer service I received. They said they needed a deposit initiallyto secure a driver; otherwise no truck would come pick up my car.LIE. The trucker never recieved a dime. NEVER PAY A DEPOSIT; A REPUTABLE COMPANY DOES NOT DO THAT. I know bc when I shipped my car from Texas to Maryland I did not pay a deposit and all went smoothly. Now they are accusing me of slander and defamation. They know no limits. Beware if you don't like to be given the runaround!
