Dealing with this company was an overall good experience. Everything was good from the time i got the shipping form filled and a driver was located. My family and i were expecting to go on a long drive to visit family and i was told that the car would get picked up asap and delivered BEFORE we had to leave. The ONLY bad experience was the driver. He called me when he picked up the car and told me he would be delivering the car within a week, which put the dropping off day a day before our family trip. As days went by AND we did not receive word on the progress and where he was at i called him and he was pretty rude. It was extremely hard to understand what he was saying and the communication with him was quite frustrating to say the very least. He had no idea when he would be delivering the car to me and the conversations were very short because he was always in a rush so as to blow me off. He told me he would call me the morning of the scheduled delivery and i never heard back from him. Morning came and went and with no word from him i called and he as before seemed annoyed and frustrated. He told me he would not be delivering the car till the NEXT day, a day late. I was furious because that delayed our family trip. The car got here the next day well into the afternoon WHICH delayed us again and we had to leave the next day which was Christmas Eve!! Overall, i would use the company because dealing with them was a good experience BUT i would not again deal with that particular driver EVER again.
