Beware of this company, and Frank. This company was supposed to delivered my vehicle no more than 14 days. Each time I call to check on status its always the same story it will be there in a couple days or the driver is stuck in some state. Frank wanted me to pay him early, and the car hasn't even been delivered yet. After 2 weeks of phone tag he stops taking my calls, and his mailbox is full so you can't even leave a message. I was left a whole week of no communication from him or Victoria, and finally I had to get my insurance involved because my vehicle was basically missing for over 20+ days. My claim agent got a hold a Frank, and he assured him that the vehicle was going to get delivered and he will give a discount for the delay. So on the 30th day of them taking my car it gets delivered. No apologies, and of course no discount. I went through hell the last 3 weeks with this guy. He gives you the run around, and tells you what you want to hear. I am fortunate that I finally got my vehicle, but I heard others are still without their cars due to this company.
