I spoke with a Brian Cardozo. He was really nice and informative. We scheduled a transport date for my car from Texas to California. He said everything was set and that he was writing up my contract and that it would be emailed soon. It never got emailed and the drive was never done. He never returned my calls (and I called a lot!) or returned my emails. Thank goodness I didn't give him any payment. Don't waste your time with this one if you need a car transported.

This lady was looking for trouble, below is the last sentence of her email "I hope you are able to bill the shiznit out of those shady people! Kindest Regards, Lisa Pagler" Also She stated, "Sorry, it's in Fort Stockton, Texas, not Pecos, Texas". That being said, the assigned driver was unable to pick up her vehicle and she decided to cancel. Clearly not the companies fault As for all the other complaints, I did answer her calls and went as far as to look up and send her precise information regarding the tow yard where her car was located.
