I learned of this exaggerated review, from a very pleased customer of ours. I am disappointed, that this broker, didn't mention, that his first two carriers canceled, and he was frustrated and upset, even at the time, that, I expressed interest in transporting, these two units,from Alabama. His price was too low, for my trucks. He waited until the close of business, on Friday to agree with the $40.00 price increase.that I requested, from our very first conversation. Our phones roll to voice mail, after 3 minutes on hold. We offered police report, and repair bill to communicate the incident in GA, that shut our trailer, down. Customer,called a private office line, after normal hours instead of dialing the main number, or listening to the voice mail,I left for him, which provided Ali with our after hours emergency number. This broker, purposely told untruths, and exaggerated this review, as he threatened to do over the phone. But, Thanks for making us aware, of the site. -operations
