My Experience With Stateway Auto Transport

While the truck was a week late it was nobodys fault. The driver had mechanical trouble as well as the fact he encountered several things along the way (wrecks, snow, etc.) which was no fault of his. He had no control over the factors that made him late. He had the most to lose since he was losing money every day. He communicated with me the entire trip and kept me informed about his every move. Susie Edwards was a complete joy to work with from the first time we spoke to the last conversation we had. I will use Stateway Auto Transport again only if I can deal with her. What an asset she is to this company. The only negative was that the Tracking System never worked. Every time I tried to use it a Technical Difficulty message would flash across the screen. I blame to company for not getting this problem fixed. If they don't have a technical person on staff they need to hire one. Don't advertise something that does not work.
