Being that this was our first time towing our car, when usually we drive it; I was a little skeptical and had a lot of questions. My main concern was when the carrier would arrive to pick the car up, that diminished quickly being that the communication was great. He let me know ahead of time when he would be arriving to pick up and when he would be leaving the following day for drop off. I felt that my car was safe and had no anxiety on whether or not I would see my car again. My representative, Danielle was a great help through this process. Along with answering my twelve-hundred questions, she guided me in the right direction and kept in contact with me as my moving date became closer. I had her direct line whenever I had any further questions and she was always prompt on getting back to me. They gave me a great rate with no hidden fees and it was well worth it. Overall, my experience with Starr Relocation Services was great. I look forward to doing more business with them and telling friends.
