It has been a month since I was told they are processing my refund, yet I have received no refund. I have called, left messages, and emailed, but have received no response from Starr. The owner promised a refund, since they did not do the job for me, yet I am still waiting. I see the owner wrote a long response to my complaint on this site, but the fact remains that he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and insulting, and took my money without doing the job. I have contacted BBB, and my credit card company to fight this, but Starr should have done the right thing and paid the refund like they promised. Check out other reviews for Starr, I sure wish I had done so!
