Overall, the experience was great.
Specialty mobile said my car would be picked up on Sept 1 or Sept 2, and it was picked up on Sept 1st. They gave me a delivery timeframe of Sept 10-14, and it came on the 12th.

So they were right on target with their timeframes, which I appreciated, and that's really one of the most important things to me. The carrier took care of my car, not a scratch, and it was only mildly dirty. I had visions of a major layer of dirt, but it wasn't bad at all!
My only issue (and it really wasn't much of an issue) was in trying to get a hold of the actual carrier. Specialty Mobile gave me their phone number, and when I tried to call, many times nobody answered. This made me a bit nervous, but eventually I got a hold of them. I just wanted to be able to check the status of the transport. They didn't really tell me much, just when it was expected to arrive. I was hoping more for something like package tracking, where you could find out where your car was at any point during the trip. Not a big deal, and not anything to do directly with Specialty Mobile.

I would definitely recommend them.
