Not as great as I was expecting

I read a lot about specialty mobile on this site and was eager to try them when I shipped my car cross country. I filled out the online form and a day later a customer service representative from Specialty called me back (pre-dawn – unfortunately) and we set up the order. I was informed that my car would ship in the next 2-10 days, and since the route I was going was very popular, it would probably be soon. After 11 days I had still not heard from Specialty, so I called them back. It ended up that they had lost/misplaced my order. We set up a new order, and my car was shipped a few days later. It arrived only a little dusty - and I had to go to a suburb outside of Boston to pick it up. I was somewhat disappointed that customer service would not offer a discount or anything for the delay - as had I known it would take so long for my car to ship, I would have gone with another company. Specialty was a few hundred dollars more than other highly ranked companies - and I'm not sure that I would use them again.
