Good transport from Orlando FL to Baltimore MD

(Used this company on April 18 2018, I was told is prime moving for cars between FL to up-north, so to expect delays and top prices) I needed to transport my brothers car that same day. I placed a "request for quote" online in the morning and tons of companies contacted me. It was scary because some of them will promise to pick up the car for $500 but then I will go to their reviews online and they had terrible reviews. Most of the companies are brokers, they get a driver (in my case was Butler Express Carriers LLC), and they help you manage the process. Before I signed the contract and sent Candy the $150 - credit card payment, she assured me that she will have a driver that day. Everything she promised she did. She had a driver that night (his initial hour for pick up was ~6pm but he arrived at ~9pm, he had a delay but he communicated with me). It was crucial for us that he arrived to pick up the car that night, and we were ok with a delivery more than 72 hrs). My brother received his car ~4 days later, but that was expected due to the route, and we care more about the car being in perfect condition (and it was). Also, the driver called my brother ~5hrs prior to coordinate where to leave the car since the delivery was at night and my brother wanted to inspect his car. Positives: Same price ($750) as the other top rated companies, with the extra bonus that they confirmed that they have a driver that same day. The other A rated company couldnt confirm of a driver, unless I paid them first. Constant communication. Candy always returned my texts, phone calls even after I paid the fee. She kept checking to make sure the driver contacted me for the pick up. My brothers car was as I left it. And they informed us that I could load the car with 100 lbs of stuff, so we put some of my brothers clothes/etc on the car (they tell you this depends on your driver, and that no electronics or valuables are insured). Neutral: Due to the high season and probably the route, my brother got his car ~4 days later, but that was expected but something you might need to consider if your logistics are different from us. I will call Candy again, and make sure the driver is the same as this time.
