Awful experience

I would highly recommend you do NOT use Smart Talk. From the beginning I really liked them, they were on top of communication, they were not the cheapest nor the highest but the knowledge of Candy and her responsiveness is what made me decide to go with them. Well, the second they have a signed contract then expect the issues to start arriving.
1. Three separate times I received calls from them letting me know drivers had cancelled, they found a new one but he was more expensive. I let it go the first time and accepted the increase in fee, but the second and third time told them to figure it out. We had a legally binding contract and they will take a fat chance and try bleed your wallet at every opportunity.
2. Leading up to signing the contract you will get texts, emails, phone calls. The second you sign you will hear and get nothing. Then when you call you will go to a voicemail of a person you haven't worked with "marco". I had to HOUND them to get information on when my car would get picked up, where my car was, when was it being delivered. The nice polite emails disappear and you will get one word answers if you are lucky.
3. Day of pickup, absolutely nightmare. I was told I would be called the day before to get a timeframe from the driver. This didn't happen. Day of I had to call Smart talk numerous time and ended up waiting at my house for over 12 hours for the driver who eventually showed up at 6pm.
4. Their drivers are unprofessional. Ridiculously enough Smart Talk gave me the cell number of the driver to coordinate with him directly. Why I was paying them a service fee and they expected me to coordinate the truck driver is beyond my understanding. I truly do not know what I paid them for in the end as their service is non existent, I wish I had gone directly with a driver. Anyways, the day of delivery I had to call the driver over 5 times. Every time he told me he was here or there and would be there in 30-40 minutes, HOURS later I would call him again and get another answer. Then to find out he was telling Smart talk he was making deliveries but he was telling me he was at the doctors. Now you're expected to hand over an expensive asset to someone who can't even be truthful about where they are.
5. They misquote, misinform and they dodge and dive taking any responsibility. When we set up the delivery we discussed delivery to a city that was 45 mins away by train which would make it accessible for me to pick it up. In reality, it was delivered to a location on the US border, which was 5 hours by train for met to pick up the car. I could have just gone with a different company and paid $1000 less. The 7 min drive they did over the border literally cost me over a $100 a min.
6. Picked up my car yesterday and clearly someone slept in my car. The petrol was low but limited mileage added but all the heating was turned up to 85!!!!! Disgusting.

$2100 down the drain for a very expensive, exhausting and self directed process. I spent hours calling them, texting them, emailing them trying to get information from them once I signed the contract. Check their small print thoroughly as well because they have themselves covered for every excuse in the book.
