Late Delivery / Rude Driver / Terrible Customer Service

Our car was scheduled to be delivered on a Monday. The driver from Six Nations Transport called me on Sunday and said the our car would not be delivered until Tuesday. I asked him why and he stated that he had other things to take care of and that's just the way it was. He was extremely rude and didn't care about the fact that I had to change my work schedule on Monday to be available to receive the car and, now, had to change my work schedule on Tuesday.

It is interesting that we pay a transport company for a service, however they don't really care about the customer service side. If he would have been more professional and had a reasonable excuse for the delay, I probably would have been fine with it.
