Excellent communication exchange between all parties involved (myself, broker, hauler). Hauler had a flat on his way to pick up the car and immediately called to inform me and kept me up-to-date on the repair and updated time frame. Arrived to pick up car and was very professional. Car arrived at the house (600 miles) in less than 24hrs. Again hauler was very professional.

Tom, from the broker, also very professional and always in timely contact when promised.

Very pleased with this process!
