I had originally contacted another carrier in May. They fell through with the deal. On Friday, July 3 I contacted ShipACarDirect and spoke to Scott. He assured me the car would be in Idaho before we returned from our visit there. I really would have liked the car in Idaho sooner than later as it didn't arrive until July 17th. I was called on July 7th telling me a carrier had been assigned so I assumed the car would be on its way by Friday, July 10th at the latest. I was disappointed that we didn't get the car sooner; however, I do realize that I should have contacted Scott sooner.
