This was my first time shipping a car, and Ship a Car Direct was very helpful in getting my car from California to Louisiana. At first, I was a little nervous because we had a very narrow time frame in which we could receive the car. However, as soon as a carrier was found, within 3 days my car had arrived in Louisiana. I was quite surprised at how fast it all was! Jason was very helpful and checked in regularly, and was very helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed to make this work. The driver was very efficient. His time estimates of arrival both for pickup and drop-off were a little off, but he got the job done in a timely manner. Overall, an excellent delivery. I would not hesitate to use this service again if I need to move across the country again.
