The overall experience is really great. Emily helped me throughout the entire process and have proper communication as well. The driver and coordinator were also great. Although the exact time can't predicated. but they keep the promise within the time window they provided. They are also very detailed-oritened and no extra damaged made during the transportation.
I have a good experience with ShipACarDirect. Probably will use it again if needed!
