Okay first experience

Finding a carrier was a longer process than I expected, but I did put my pick-up date the same day as my order. Emily was very professional and courteous in responding to my e-mails day-in, day-out. She gave me plentiful information regarding traffic and stayed optimistic through the longer-than-average process of finding a carrier. Eventually, we found a carrier who counter-bidded the offer and raised it up to $50. Once a carrier was found, it was smooth sailing. Overall, good experience.

Thank you for your feedback, Reginald. Sorry your transport took longer than average. Unfortunately, rural or out of the way locations can take longer to set than transports to/from larger cities.
