The entire transport process was very professional and communication was never an issue. In fact the broker and transporter were open to communication during the process. Pick up was on time with the carrier calling us a day prior to the date and time. Delivery was a priority for us since we had another party receiving the car. The delivery went smoothly. We will use Ship A Car Direct again.
