This company delivered a 2003 Infiniti G35 for me last Wednesday around 11:00 at night. The people I bought the car from told me that they left a radar detector in the vehicle for me to have with the purchase of the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, I looked in it for the radar detector and it was no where to be found. I asked the driver if he had seen a radar detector at all and he denied ever seeing one. I then knew that it had been stolen and just said the hell with it and sent the driver on his way. The next morning I was able to look at the car in the daylight and noticed a tremendous amount of dog hair in the front and rear of the vehicle. This enraged me because the driver of the truck had a huge Boxer dog with him which had the same color hair that was in the car, not to mention there were also scratches on the seats that looked to be from dog claws. Just to be on the safe side, before I blew up, I contacted the owner's of the vehicle and asked them if they had a dog that rode in the car at all and they told me they had never even owned a dog. At this point I assumed there was something suspicious. I then checked the paperwork that the driver filled out himself when he picked up the vehicle and he wrote that the mileage at pickup on the car was 100,237 (which the owners verified as well) and when I recieved it the odometer had 100,242. So now it was apparent that the driver took my car off the trailer during his overnight stay somewhere and not only used it but also put his full grown dog in there with him and might I mention that this car is just as luxurious as a Mercedes or BMW so putting a full grown dog inside this vehicle was UNREAL!! I called the company's office and spoke to the owner and he denied that the driver even owned a dog at first but then after informing him that I watched the dog go to the bathroom while my car was being unloaded he had nothing to say. After speaking with the owner I talked to the driver and he denied ever driving the car (even though he could not justify why 5 miles were put on it while it was in his possesion), taking the radar detector, and the vehicle owners said they had him get their cds out after he left and return them and one came up missing that they knew was in there. The company has not offered any type of refund to pay for a detail of the dog hair or the missing radar detector. Will never use this company again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT ITEMS STOLEN, YOUR CAR DROVE, AND DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR!! I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a report against them.
