In this note i want to review the excellent and professional performance of rep. Vanessa mcCalla of Reliable Car Transport. From intake though delivery, Ms McCalla showed professionalism, knowledge of the industry and accorded outstanding customer service and respect. Ms. McCalla was constantly in touch with me from the moment th car was picked up in Florida though its delivery in CA on May 13, 2010. In an industry where common courtesies between the carrier reps and the customer are not being observed at all, Ms. McCalla was a breath of fresh air to deal with. She always addressed me by my last name and she was always mindful that I was the customer. All the other reps addressing their paying customers as "buddy" should be mindful that some of us who do not know you at all and we do mind the courtesy of being addressed by Mr. and the last name. In that respect everyone should be taking customer support lessons from Ms. McCalla. The service was equally impressive with countinuous updates being given to me daily by Ms. McCalla. Vanessa is a huge asset to Reliable Car Transport and she helps the company stay true to its name. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs professional car transport and who appreciates good customer service and common courtesies and I am looking forward to doing business in the future.
