Door to Door?? Not for me.......

Contacted Red carpet as per previous reviews. I explained that the delivery time may be tricky as from Vancouver, BC and having truck delivered to Seattle so I could continue to the Canadian Border to export. I was assure by Jennifer that all would be fine as they are a DOOR to DOOR service. Jennifer came back with a delivery date that did not work for me (which she was made aware of prior to her finding this carrier) She told me that the driver and his company were awesome and that it would be no problem for delivery on June 10th, I would just have to pay extra. Jennifer gave me the truck driver's name and phone # for reassurance. I called him and he advised me he was on route to pick up my truck-A DAY EARLY. On June 9th I called driver to arrange time for delivery, he told me to call his company he was now on route to California. I was extremely upset not knowing where my truck was. Later on June 9th the trucking company told me I had to pick up my truck in Milton, WA. (Took us just over 1.5 hours roundtrip, out of our way! We had previously arranged a hotel across the street from delivery address in Seattle) Jennifer was not aware of any of these changes and seemed to place all the blame on the trucking company. Jennifer seemed to want to make this right, and offer to speak to the owner and get back to us on some compensation. She called me the following week explaining the trucking company was not going to return any of my money. I explained we felt this was her mistake and asked had she spoken with her boss, she stated no, and stated she would. I emailed her to follow up a few days later and never heard back. On June 21st I emailed Red Carpet's general email address with my experience and included all timelines and I still have not heard back......I am extremely disappointed, this is not the service I expected after all the other reviews. If Jennifer had been on top of what was happening with my truck and in turn kept me informed this review would be different.

jennifer@redcarpetautotransport.com 623-398-6525..Dear Kristy, I am so sorry you felt the need to say what you said about me. I did EVERYTHING in my power to make this difficult transport easy and smooth. I stayed in communication with you and your husband all the way through this process. Yes the truck arrived early that was out of my control but we did find a solution for you and we had the carrier hold your vehicle for you to arrive in the destination state. Then got your vehicle to you when you did arrive. The carrier also stayed in communication with you and tried to accomodate your needs as well. This was a very unusual situation and do to the difficulties that it may have caused you.. Red Carpet did follow up on this and refunded some of your money that you failed to mention as well. I did what I said I would and followed through till the end. That should say alot!
